Meet Your Doctors
At Buckley Eye Care, we provide comprehensive eye exams, pediatric exams, ocular disease management, specialty contact lens fittings and co-management with other doctors.
Dr. Priscilla L. Ramos
Dr. Priscilla Ramos is passionate about providing exceptional eye care and patient education. Dr. Ramos graduated Cum Laude from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 2007. After graduation, she then returned to the Orlando area, where she practices alongside her husband, Dr. Erik Buckley.Dr. Ramos is a member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians and Optometry Divas.Outside of work, Dr. Ramos enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family. She loves traveling, photography, and watching the Florida Gators. She has served on the Board for Susan G. Komen and as Assistant Committee Chair in Junior League of Greater Orlando. She is on the Board of Heathrow Modern Moms and St. Anne’s Ministry at her church. Dr. Ramos is fluent in both English and Spanish and is proud of her Ecuadorian heritage.
Dr. Erik T. Buckley
After graduating from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2007, Dr. Buckley briefly practiced in Alabama and his home state of Wisconsin before permanently moving to Florida in 2010 where he started Buckley Eye Care. Dr. Buckley practices primary care optometry and is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and the Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Buckley enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Badgers, Bucks, Brewers, and Packers.
Dr. Justine Philbin
After graduating from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2014, Dr. Philbin returned to her home state of Florida and joined the Buckley Eye Care team. She practices primary eye care and enjoys contact lens evaluations almost as much as seeing how much her pediatric patients have grown up each year. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians. In her free time, Dr. Philbin loves spending time with her family and friends, watching Gator football, and charting her next adventure.
